We offer two types of Alteryx training: 

  • Use Case Training – we take your real business use case and automate it together with your team during the session. You’ll walk away with a working solution and the skills to apply what you’ve learned. 
  • Training from Catalogue – we provide structured sessions based on selected topics such as core concepts, best practices, macros, analytical apps, or advanced functions you’d like to explore further.

We also offer Q&A sessions and expert consultations. 

2. Do you offer ongoing support? What support is available post-training?   

Beyond training, we offer Alteryx Expert Leasing, Workflow Development, and Enablement Consulting to help you scale your automation efforts at your own pace. 

3. What ongoing collaboration models do you offer? 

We offer flexible collaboration models to support your team: 

  • Alteryx Expert Leasing – A dedicated consultant joins your team (0.5 or 1.0 FTE) to support automation, workflow scaling, and ongoing development. Ideal when you need extra capacity or a quick replacement. 
  • Workflow Development – A scoped, project-based approach focused on delivering a finished workflow. This option provides structured, one-off delivery at a lower cost, with tasks scoped upfront and offline execution (no meetings unless needed). Available with an optional success-fee model. 
  • Enablement Consulting – A bucket of hours (8, 24, 48, 64) you can use within 6 months for coaching, expert guidance, or solution design,. This option offers higher responsiveness, live sessions with Alteryx experts, and tailored support across any topics you need. 

Each model is designed to match your priorities – whether you need embedded expertise, project execution, or on-demand guidance. 

4. Is it possible to have a Data Pal expert join our team? 

Through our Alteryx Expert Leasing model, our consultants can work directly with your team (0.5 or 1.0 FTE). This setup is ideal for long-term automation initiatives, process optimization, and regular workflow support. 

It’s especially helpful when you’re short on internal resources, need to scale quickly, or require a temporary replacement for someone who has left the team. Our experts help you keep projects on track and ensure continuity without delays. 

5. How fast can we start our collaboration?   

We can usually start within 1–2 weeks from signing the agreement. In most cases, the process begins with signing an NDA, after which we work with you to define the timeline for training and next steps.  

6. I’m considering consulting, training, or buying an Alteryx license, but I’m not sure yet. Is there a possibility to schedule a call?

1. Do you offer on-site training or only remote sessions? 

Our standard packages cover remote training, but on-site sessions can be arranged upon request and are quoted separately. In that case, the cost of accommodation and any additional expenses related to conducting the on-site sessions are covered by the client. 

2. Do I get any materials from the training session? 

Participants receive comprehensive training materials, including slides, workflows used during the session, quick-reference guides, and homework exercises. These materials are designed to reinforce learning and help apply skills after the session. 

3. How long does a typical Alteryx training session take? 

Training sessions usually last between 2 to 5 hours, depending on the topic and format. We can adjust the agenda to fit your team’s availability and learning goals. The only exception are full-day workshops, which typically run for 8 hours with scheduled breaks. 

4. How many people can join a single session? 

Our sessions typically support 8–15 participants to ensure interactivity and personalized support. For larger groups, we can prepare a custom offer after a scheduled call to better understand your needs and discuss all details.

The Analytic Assessment is our proprietary, structured program developed by Data Pal to help organizations identify and prioritize automation opportunities. 

It consists of three key stages:

2. What is the difference between a Center of Excellence and a Center of Enablement? 

A Center of Excellence (CoE) focuses on building high-quality, scalable solutions, ensuring data governance, and driving innovation across the organization. In contrast, a Center of Enablement (CoEn) supports the adoption of these solutions by empowering teams through training, sharing best practices, and creating a collaborative internal community.  

While CoE builds the foundation, CoEn ensures people across the company can effectively use and benefit from it. The goal of both is to maximize ROI and improve operational efficiency. They should function simultaneously and in balance within the organization to achieve the best outcomes. 

3. How do we start building a Center of Excellence or Enablement in our company? 

We usually begin with an Alteryx adoption assessment and workshops to define goals, key roles, and success metrics. From there, we co-design a scalable framework that includes governance (CoE), enablement strategy (CoEn), and a plan for upskilling internal Alteryx experts.
